HOW TO EXCHANGE OUR PRODUCTS

Onycha offers a streamlined exchange service for customers seeking to

exchange purchased products for different items or sizes.

Terms and Conditions


The exchange period is valid for 3 (three) days from the product received date.


Exchanged products must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and have the attached tag price. 


The customer must bear shipping costs.


Exchanging for a higher-priced item will require an additional fee. If the new item is lower-priced, the difference will be credited to your store account for future use. 


We do not offer refunds once a purchase has been made.


Discounted items are final and cannot be exchanged.


Redeemable products are valid only with purchases made through our website.

Provide the following information: purchase receipt, product received date information, and pictures of the product you want to exchange.


Product exchange is subject to availability.


Free minor alteration within 2-4 weeks.


Onycha reserves the right to refuse exchanges if the return criteria are not met.
