> How to create an account?
Hover over the link located in the top right hand corner and click on “Create Account”.
You can simply sign up through your Facebook / Twitter / Gmail account or you can fill out the form completely and click “Create Account” when finished.
> Do I need an account to place an order?
You can place an order without using an account. However, if you want to create an account, you will get benefits such as order history, wish list functions, and you no longer need to fill out the order form because your address is already saved in our system.
> How can I track my order?
After completing your order, a tracking number will be generated and sent to you via email. Please wait 24 hours to update this tracking information.
Shipping:
> Where are Onycha products shipped from?
All our products are stored and shipped from Bandung, Indonesia.
> Can I get a free shipping?
Yes. You get free shipping all over Indonesia with no minimal purchase.

Your orders get Free Standard Shipping typically take between 1-2 business days to be arrived (Jabodetabek & Bandung).
For shipping outside Jabodetabek & Bandung take time between 3-7 business days.
Don’t worry, you still can check your tracking number to make sure.
> Is there any delivery on Saturday/Sunday?
No delivery on weekends. We will pack and deliver your package from Monday - Friday.
> If you're placed an order and make a payment before 2pm, your order will be shipped on the same day.
> If you place your order and make a payment after 2pm, your order will be shipped on the next day.
> BEST (One Day Shipping)
